Hello, I am "The Story Teller." That's not my christian name, of course, for if it were I'd feel quite foolish going around telling people my name is "the story teller." But as that is not my christian name I do not feel foolish and am quite proud of the name for in fact I gave it to myself and prefer to be adressed by it, if that's not too much to ask, of course. If you must know my real, full, christian name is....John Paul Noe Joan-of-Arc Gagliano, son of Christopher, son of Carmello. I am one quarter Sicilian with a french middle name. And no it's not pronounced "no." It's "noah." But on to the point, now that you know who I am, I shall tell you about this webpage and what I do. I love to write stories, particulary for children and believe it's important for their growth and maturity they have them. This website focuses on a story which takes place in a magical world which I created. The story is full of beautiful creatures and magical landscapes, evil doers and heroes. This page explains the existing creatures, apart from common animals, such as a cat or dog, that live and roam in this world of mine.
I am a catholic, a servant of God's church and refrain from the use of black magic, witchcraft, and all the sort of evil things a child does not need. This world of mine, is inspired by the Holy Spirit and reflects the events of the human soul, when battling with evil spirits. Infact this world of mine is called...the Realm of thy Soul. It is allegorical yet does not contradict truth.
For the readers sake, I should let you know, I refer to humans alot with the terms "men, as in lord of the rings, knights or simply humans." Human beings exist in my fantasy world and are subject to limitations and suffering as in this life. But, also, as in this life, they are destined for perfection and eternal glory with their Maker. Humanity is under attack from dragons and a host of evil things, yet in spite of their fear and weakness overcome these and attain their rightful place as heirs to the kingdom.
